Edition of 50
a note from the artist
This bridge was a special place for locals. My friend, Jason Cadwell introduced me to Niles Bridge in 2015. A man built it in the 40's so that he could build a house on the other little island. After the bridge was built, the government turned the island into bird nesting, and he could no longer build on it.
Locals would enjoy sunsets, venture to the connecting island, and literally hang here. Irma destroyed it and all that remains are the posts.
